Roadeheader Maintenance
1. Power off the machine when maintaining its electrical components
and parts.
(1) Prevent other things from mixing with the hydraulic oil.
(2) Replace new oil immediately when the quality of the oil is found influenced.
(3) Replace the filter as per the requirement.
(4) Guarantee the required oil capacity.
(5) Make sure enough cooling water in the oil cooling machine to prevent abnormal rise of the oil temperature.
5. Clean the anti-explosion cover in advance.
6. Grease the anti-explosion cover to prevent rust.
7. Don't keep the cover plate open for a long time and be aware of the water. Don't open the cover plate under high temperature or in abnormal conditions.
8. Repair or replace the broken parts or parts that can not function well immediately.
9. Maintenance of electrical failure should be performed by professional electricians. Be sure to carry out electroprobe testing first to make sure safety.
10. Maintenance should be carried out as per the following standards:
