A. Preparations before Starting the Machine
1. Check the hose assembly of on-site mucking loader. All the parts that contact the machine, sharp parts, and components that are constantly used and easy to get abraded should be wrapped with soft rubber to avoid damage and abrasion. The top of the oil tank should be covered with tarpaulin to prevent water in.

2. Train the driver. The driver should be completely familiar with the structure, working principle, operating methods and maintenance of the mucking loader. Only qualified driver can operate the machine.

3. Using ISO 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil. We recommend using ISO 32 anti-wear hydraulic oil. Keep the hydraulic oil clean and dirty container is prohibited. The oil tank capacity of this machine is 500 liter, and keep the oil level at two-thirds of the oil indicator. Refill the oil if it is inadequate.

4. Make sure the electronic components and hydraulic components are in well condition.

5. Check if all the operating sticks are at the stop position.

6. The main electrical switch and external cable should be prepared by the user.

B. Operating Methods
The operation requires:
(1) 1 control knob
(2) 2 manual pilot valves
(3) 1 pedal pilot valve
(4) 4 joint valves in the driver chamber.

C. Operating Procedure
1. Start the machine as per the follow steps:
(1) Turn on the main electrical power switch;
(2) Operate the stick of the starting switch to start the machine;
(3) Watch the rotation direction of the oil pump motor or radiator motor;
(4) If the direction is not correct, turn the stick of the starting switch to another position and re-start the oil pimp and fan motor.

2. Start the oil pump motor.
(1) Wait 3-5 minutes after starting the pump motor.
(2) In winter, it needs start the oil pump 2-3 times to make the oil flow gradually, or else the pump may be prone to break down.

3. Put the stick of the manually-operated directional valve at working position, unfold the pushing plate, and gently land the transporting trough’s head to the floor to let it enter the working position.

4. Operate the machine forward and get the slag together.

5. Turn on the scraper chain and idle it clockwise 1-2 minutes.

6. Main operation methods:
(1) Large arm up, large arm down, arm turn right, arm turn left.
(2) Small arm up, small arm down.
(3) Use the bucket, small arm and large arm to catch the slag into the transporting trough.
(4) Use the scraper conveyor to convey the slag to side dump wagon or other mine transporting equipment.
