We have always attached great importance to R&D. Through years of development, we’ve received 23 patents: 3 national patents for invention, and 20 patents of utility models for mining loader.

1. In 2002, we took charge in designing TS14m3 mine shuttle car. It was put in use in Wushaoling Tunnel of China Railway No.5 Engineering Group’s Lanwu Railway.
2. In 2003, we successfully made technical improvement to the German imported ITC—312(H4) mucking loader. It was put in use in Taohuapu No. 2 Tunnel of Xihe Railway, Gele Mountain Tunnel of Yuhuai Railway and Xiaochi Tunnel of Ganlong Railway.

Quality Control
We have been certified by ISO9000: 2008 quality management system. We also acquired certificates of environmental management system and occupational, health and safety management system. All of our products have met requirements of the National Coal and Mine Security System.

R&D
We have a registered capital of RMB 94.79 million and a total investment of RMB 530 million. We have established a modern plant that covers 79,396 square meters. We own an experienced manufacturing team which specialized in mining and engineering machines as well as the design and manufacturing of steel structure. In terms of this team, nine are technical experts from overseas. We have built long-term strategic cooperation relationship with Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Doosan Infracore (China) Co., Ltd and Changsha Engineering and Research Institute of Nonferrous Metallurgy.

Patents
Currently we own 23 patents and 3 of them are patent for invention. We’ve mastered the integrated technologies of light, machine, electricity and hydraulic system, frequency conversion, IOT and remote wireless control. For example, we've got 11 patents of inclined shaft mucking loaders.
1. The chassis adopts the arch-bridge structure (patent no.: ZL200720177135.0), making it possible for the crawler belt to travel on steep slopes.
2. The primary pump adopts plunger piston variable pump and load sensing hydraulic system (patent no.: 200820137421.9).
3. Special design of oil tank (patent no.: 200820137422.3).
4. Special design of bucket (patent no.: 200920003414.4).
