Mine Shuttle Car Maintenance
A. Lubricating each part
Note: The wheel set, traction rod and sliding plate should be lubricated every shift.
B. General Maintenance Principles
Regular maintenance is required to extend the service life of machine. Although the structure of the mine shuttle car is relatively simple, this doesn’t mean the maintenance should be ignored.
1. Check the leaf spring.
(1) Check if the spring is loosened or damaged.
(2) Pay particular attention to M48×3, which is in the center part of the bogie.
2. Check the clearance between the spring base and the sliding plate.
(1) Adjust the clearance as per the actual situation.
(2) A shim can be added for adjustment.
3. Check the speed reducer.
(1) Check the oil level.
(2) Check if the anchor bolt is loosened.
4. Transmission chain.
(1) Tension of the transmission chain should be in a proper range.
(2) Keep the chain wheel and the tensioning wheel at the same plane.
5. Check the drive shaft and the tensioning shaft of the chain.
(1) The drive shaft should be in parallel with the tensioning shaft.
(2) The drive shaft and the tensioning shaft should have the same tension.
(3) Check the wear condition.
6. Bolts.
(1) Check the bolts every shift.
(2) Check the bolts of speed reducer, shaft box lid, spring base and tensioning sprocket.
