Mining Skip
Description
1. JXQ mining skip is used for hoisting coal or waste rock in inclined shaft or tunnel.
2. Large capacity and high operating speed.
3. Smooth and safe operating.
4. Simple structure and high unloading capacity.
5. When the water inflow rate of the tunneling working face is lower than 5m3/hr, the water can be hoisted together with the coal or waste rock by pneumatic submersible pump.

Features
1. This front dump mine skip features simple structure, short distance unloading and large capacity.
2. When the mining skip is hoisted to the rollover stand, they will rotate forward over a fixed axis with an angle between 45° and 55°.
3. The mining skip and the rollover stand reset will return to the right track after unloading.
4. Advantages of inclined shaft mining skip over vertical shaft mining skip.
(1) Simpler structure: the inclined shaft mining skip runs on an inclined track, totally different with the vertical shaft mining skip on structure and unloading position.

Maintenance
1. Frequently check the working conditions of the mining skip. Regularly maintain major parts.
2. Lubricate each oil cup and oil hole one time per shift.
3. Check all the bolts one time per shift.
5. Open the wheel cover weekly, and check the wear condition of axle and adjust the clearance.
Note
1. Operating speed of the mining skip
(1) The hoisting speed of the skip in the inclined shaft should not be faster than 5m/s.
(2) Sudden dropping and placing skip upside down is strictly prohibited during the transporting and parking.
(3) Hoisting the skip to the right position according to the specific requirement to prevent deformation.
2. Human transportation is strictly prohibited.
3. Overloading is strictly prohibited.
