Description
1. The side dump wagon (KZ series) is used for coal mine, tunnel and engineering construction transportation.
2. Tunnel cross section: 2.5 m×2 m (W × H).
3. A locomotive is required for haulage.
4. There are three types of track gauge available: 600mm, 762mm and 900mm.
5. The traveling surface should be solid.
6. It is highly efficient, and it is capable of self-unloading.
7. Debris should be no larger than 500 mm.
8. The dropping height of debris should be within 1 m (counting from the top of the shuttle box).

Advantages
1. The side dump wagon (KZ Series) has larger volume in comparison with the bucket tipping wagon and fixed mine wagon.
2. It can unload automatically and smoothly.
3. 5.2 m is enough for unloading, saving excavation space.
4. Unloading angle of this side dump wagon can reach 55°.
5. Side dumping is available as the unloading track is symmetrical.

Application
Our side dump wagon was used for Niulan river water diversion project by Yunnan Construction Engineering Group. The following pictures show the working site of S20 and S25 shuttle mine car.

1. Various unloading methods are available for your option:
(1) curving track side dumping;
(2) hydraulic side dumping;
(3) hydraulic bottom dumping;
(4) mechanical bottom dumping;
(5) hydraulic end dumping.

2. Large compartment-fixed mine car like 19 and 20 volumes use tipples as the auxiliary equipment.
